RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

DAMAGED PRINTS OR MANUFACTURE ERRORS
Non-digital prints: we offer a replacement at no cost to you if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue (include a photo).

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, or order cancellations. 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
At this time, we do not offer tutorials or technical assistance. Instructions are detailed in the product description. For personalized orders, we encourage you to first try the product before ordering. Please read the product description for more details on how to access the demo product. In the demo, you will be able to see a mockup of your custom order before submitting an order.

ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIMES
Personalized items: the time needed to process personalized orders varies from 1-3 business days after you have customized your order. 
Non-personalized items: orders are processed immediately after checkout.

ESTIMATED PRINT PRODUCTION TIMES
Digital printables: no physical items will be printed and shipped to you.
Non-digital prints: all of our prints are unique and produced only once ordered. Print production time varies from 2-7 business days after the order is processed. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically take 5-7 business days after the order is printed. After it has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online. Refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. 

CHANGES TO SHIPPING 
We are unable to accommodate for any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses after the checkout process.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES
You are responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
