CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We are unable to accommodate for any name or shipping changes after an order has been submitted. 
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Order confirmations can take a few minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
 
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Non-digital prints: once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
We are unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Do not worry, we will make it right. 

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Non-digital prints: we will send a replacement at no cost to you if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or returns. Please contact us immediately on our Contact page and provide us with your name, order number, the nature of the damage, and photos of the damaged product. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. 
 
I REFUSED DELIVERY, WILL I GET A REFUND?
Non-digital prints: we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final. 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us immediately on our Contact page. Provide us with your name and order number. 

I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD OR USE THE EDITING SOFTWARE, CAN I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
At this time, we do not offer technical assistance. For personalized orders, we encourage you to first try the product before ordering. Please read the product description for details on how to access the demo product before ordering. You will have the ability to get familiar with the editing software and see a mockup before submitting an order. 

I ORDERED A DIGITAL PRINTABLE, WHERE IS MY PRINT?
Digital prints: If you order digital printables, no physical items will be printed and no physical items will be shipped to you. Instead, a digital file will be delivered to you electronically. 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME?
Personalized items: the time needed  to process personalized orders varies from 1-3 business days after you have added your customization. Digital printables will be delivered electronically and immediately afterward. Non-digital prints will need additional print production time after processing. See print production times below.  
Non-personalized items: orders are processed immediately after checkout.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED PRINTING TIME?
Non-digital prints: if you order a non-digital print, print production time varies from 2-7 business days after the order is processed. All of our prints are unique and produced only once ordered.
Digital printable: if you order a digital printable, no items will be printed or shipped to you.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?
Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically take 5-7 business days after the order is printed. After it has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online. Refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
